NPTC Elects New Leaders, Board of Directors

Arlington, VA – J. Bedford Monday, Jr., CTP, General Manager, Schwans Consumer Brands, was elected Secretary of the National Private Truck Council Board of Directors at the group’s Annual Education Management Conference and Exhibition held April 17-19, 2011 in Cincinnati, OH.

In addition, the Council elected six new members to the Board: David Helge, CTP, CDS, VP of Operations, Idealease of North America; Mike Lickert, CTP, Corporate Fleet Manager, Talon Logistics, Inc./Giant Eagle; Dan Norris, CTP, Fleet Operations Manager, Pepsi Beverages Company; Gary Palmer, Senior Director, Transportation, True Value Company; Brett J. Quigley, CTP, Senior Manager, DSD Fleet, Kellogg Company; and Cheryl Sooter, Vice President, Custard Insurance Adjusters.
