NPTC Elects Board Leaders

ARLINGTON, VA – David Barth, CTP, Transportation Operations Manager, Wegmans Food Markets, Inc., was elected Chair of the NPTC Board of Directors at the group’s Annual Management Conference and Exhibition April 21-23 in Orlando. He replaces outgoing Board Chair Chuck Amen, CTP, Corporate Transportation Operations Manager, Hillyard, Inc. Also elected as NPTC officers were:

  • Vice Chair/Chair Elect – Mari Roberts, CTP, Sr. Vice President, Service & Distribution, Supply & Commercialization, Frito-Lay, Inc.
  • Board Treasurer – J. Bedford Monday, Jr., CTP, Director of Warehouse Operations, The Schwan Food Company
  • Board Secretary – Tim Eckhardt, CTP, Director of Safety, Dot Transportation, Inc.

The newly elected members seated on the Board of Directors were: Mike Cramer, Corporate Vice President of Transportation, The QUIKRETE Companies; Chris Fada, CTP, Vice President, Ross Transportation Services; Charlie Fetters, CTP, Vice President, National Logistics, Clean Harbors, Inc.; Ed Reardon, CTP, Sr. General Manager for Fleet Safety and Compliance, CF Logistics, div. of Giorgi Cos.; John Robbins, CTP, Sr. Director, Operations, Standard Logistics Transportation; and Cassie Wood, CTP, Transportation Manager, BCT, Inc.
