Alexandria, VA – The National Private Truck Council (NPTC) will hold its Annual Education Management Conference and Exhibition April 27 – 29, 2003 at the Cervantes Convention Center in St. Louis, Missouri.
Chief Richard Picciotto, Fire Department of New York, will be the Sunday Brunch Kick-Off Speaker. Chief Picciotto was the highest-ranking firefighter to survive the World Trade Center collapse and the last man to escape the devastation. He is the author of the best selling book, Last Man Down.
