NPTC has experienced unprecedented demand to attend the 2025 Private Fleet Management Institute, PFMI. The event’s unique format of team learning exercises, breakout sessions, and roundtable discussions in controlled group settings necessitates that NPTC limit the number of participants. To protect the integrity and value of the PFMI experience, registration for the 2025 PFMI will be closed once a maximum of 140 participants is achieved. CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY
Registration cancellation requests emailed to ktodd@nptc.org on or before December 13, 2024, will be refunded in-full minus a $250.00 per person administrative processing fee. Registration cancellations received in writing and postmarked after December 13, 2024, will not be entitled to a refund.
In the event that the 2025 Private Fleet Management Institute is cancelled for any reason, neither NPTC nor the Institute (ITTM) will be responsible for any cancellation changes or charges assessed by airlines, hotels, car rental companies or travel agencies.
